This colorway celebrates our Seventh Anniversary. The traditional gifts for a seventh anniversary are copper or wool. We decided it would be perfect to create a copper colored wool, and the lovely Rita at Ex Libris Fibers knocked this one out of the park. Introducing Seven!, available in Joyce and Shelley.
Joyce: A soft yet fierce blend of silk and U.S. merino, this domestic-milled base combines imported silk with regional wool to give you all the strength you need for sock knitting without the nylon. Named in honor of the author Joyce Carol Oates, this base also works up beautifully for any garment that needs a little extra shine or sturdiness.

Shelley: Milled in North Carolina from merino/rambouillet sheep raised on ranches in the Pacific Northwest, this super soft domestic yarn has an amazing bloom and is untreated (nonsuperwash). It takes dye with a subtle and soft aura for a slightly muted version of your favorite bookish colorways.
100% U.S. grown & milled nonsuperwash merino/rambouillet wool. 3 ply light worsted weight; 240 yards / 100g
